Prince? Verballed to Rutgers? Are you serious? 'Cause if you are, that yelp you just heard was me shrieking for joy. She's been said to be the best in the city.

I heard that too. As long as she stays out of prison she's going to Rutgers.

Yes...I'm serious. Epiphanny & Rashidat verballed to Rutgers last week (though it had been rumored that Epiphanny was a Rutgers lean all the way).
Edited to add: 6'8" C Alyssa DeHaan of Grandville HS (MI) has given a verbal to Michigan State.

Unless something unexpected happens, Vandy's recruiting class for 2006 is complete:
Jessica Mooney, Nashville TN, 5'9 guard
Lauren Lueders, Jackson MO, 5'10 guard
Amber Norton, Louisville KY, 6'1 forward
Merideth Marsh, Louisville KY, 5'7 point guard
Ashlee Bridge, Cincinnati, OH, 5'11 guard
(It looks like a lot of guards because Vandy uses a 3-guard system; there's little distinction between the "2" position and the "3" position. They're just all described as '2/3 guards'.)

Would that mean the 3 plays in the backcourt? That isn't allowed

Rumor has it out west that Laura McLellan from somewhere in NorCal has verballed to the University of Washington. Woohoo! (Although according to Janell Burse, woohoo is not a word)
