Just 1 scoop of Espresso Coffee before tip off please.
Oh and some of that "Secret Sauce" too, whatever it is, it's working.

I like the move. I guess the Sun were able to claim her off waivers before we could, so they end up with our 2nd rounder next season.
Now, who goes? Sancho has been called up by Spain, so no one gets cut right away. I don't know who we would cut - Morello? Simmons? Holivay?

should be Hollivay. No need for both Morello & Hollivay.

Probably should - but Morello is injured and can't play for several more weeks, so we don't have a back up center without her for the time being. Morello probably gets paid whether we cut her or not, but she was out for 6 weeks anyway. I think Morello is better but neither have shown anything this season or last. Maybe Morello gets healty when Sancho gets back.

Good trade for Connecticut. Trade a fringe roster player who was claimed off waivers and isn't even in the rotation for a future asset.

Any of them would be fine. Maybe cut Hooper if she doesn't show something while Sancho is gone.

Considering everyone loves the depth of the 2018 draft, seems expensive for someone Connecticut are giving up on after a month (after Dallas dumped her for nothing).
On the bright side, at least Hooper hits her threes occasionally. I'm deeply tired of the Meighan Simmons Experiment, and I'm not even a Dream fan. |

Hooper is changing numbers to #53, which suggests the Dream believe Angel McCoughtry is coming back at some point

You might be right, but even if Angel never played another game for the Dream her number should be retired when she is done playing. So no one else should be using it.

Good timing. I've been thinking how lost she's looked this season...except for the last game where she actually contributed. Anyway it's a good idea and hopefully it works out for her.

I like the trade, especially since I ~predicted 5/8ths of this, minus Lyttle and a 1st rounder being part of it. So I have to say I like it, and I like it anyway independent of ego-wankery.
Now if Hooper just is given solid playing time ... more room for Hayes + Clarendon to operate.

So that last game that Hollivay started was just a kind jesture by Cooper? Must be bringing someone else in.
