We cut Gatling last season. I wonder of Quinn or Monica Wright will be back. If Monnie is healthy then i prefer her over Quinn as backup PG

I like the signing of Sami. Lets see what she can do off the bench. Birdy will make sure she gets some good looks

Um, no, she's been an MVP candidate in Australia. She's certainly worth a chance to make an impression.

I like Whitcomb on the Storm. Should make the roster. She'll basically replace Monica Wright.
PG: Bird/Quinn
SG: Lloyd/Whitcomb/KML
SF: Clark/O'Hea
PF: Stewart/Tokashiki/Bishop
C: Langhorne/Swords

Whitcomb came to collge as more of a slasher than a shooter, but she developed her shot over her time at UW. She improved on all aspects of her game each year. I haven't followed her overseas career that closely, but it sounds like she has continued to improve. Good shooter. Good rebounder. Good athlete. Great defender. Seems like a good fit with what the Storm is building.

As a first-year WNBA player, the 28-year-old will sign a training camp contract but she is expected to be on the roster and play minutes for her new club. |

Bishop sure didn't show anything worthwhile. I would not call Swords or O'Hea garbage. Swords played a very valuable role for NY last year. Quinn and KML can also be useful in very limited roles.

Instead of bashing players maybe start coming up with some of your own ideas of wich players would be better options then these so called garbage players..
Only thing i heard from you is get Plum who hasnt played a single minute at the highest level so is still unproven..

With Loyd and Stewart you do want role players spread around them that can knock down shots. KML and O'Hea can do that.
Swords will be handy defensive presence.
When putting a team together you can't have 10 players that need the ball in their hands all the time to contribute.

Which is part of the reason why Alysha Clark is the perfect fit for this team...

Alysha Clark one of my favorite players in the whole league. I so love that she expanded her game so she could not only function offensively as a SF, but defensively as well.

Clark's defense and opportunistic offense are why the Storm can focus on offensive players for their backcourt.
