Sims should be traded, not Paris.

Trade Paris & Sims To SAN for #1 Pick. Draft Coates & Alexis Jones |
I don't have a great Trade-this-player mind, but Dallas needs to break up the 2 "alphas" in their backcourt. Sims or Diggins must go. |
I think its possible to keep both but they need a coach and a system that incorporates their talents in a way thats symbiotic. |

Agreed, I think their back court can be pretty scary and they have shown it in stretches. I agree that the system is crucial but good grief they need to stay healthy (and available to play ....) and a solid small forward would help. You do wonder though why they picked up Erin last season. Maybe it was for maturity and some insurance at the guard spot with Diggins just coming back. Speaking of which, with Erin playing football, do folks think this is just an off season activity or something more?

I really hope fred is working his free agency mojo. History doesnt bode well for him in free agency transactions though.

So Now that plenette Is gone WTH is fred going to do ? Glory & Paris are not a great combo .
PG - Skylar / Kiesel / Phillips / Bias
SG - Sims / Powers
SF - Christmas /Hooper
PF - Glory / #3 Pick ? (Coates or Jones )
C - Paris , Hamblin , Plessaince
SN : Whos Mimi Mungedi ? She never suited up for the wings last season but listed at 6 ft. 8 from University of Nevada ?
This team doesnt seem like its going to be any better than last year smh very upsetting .
Package Paris & Sims For a Athletic big or Trade With Washington For #2 .

Isn't Australia using the metric system? They said that Hamblin is "officially listed at 6'6" ".
"I'd say she'd be pushing 6'8" with her shoes on".

To be honest in person during last season she didnt tower over the girls as one would assume a 6ft 8 player would .

I'm guessing they're hoping Coates falls to them at #3. Might happen if Plum goes #1 & DeShields #2.

Plasaince can play some PF and stretch the floor for the guards to drive. I expect them to bring in TJJ to training camp or McCall with one of their later pics. They could trade, what about Sims for Tokashki, and KML. Or Sims for Langhorne.

If Not Coates B. Jones should be there at #3.
Osahor, McCall or Akhator will still be around at #10 or #11.

I consider Plaisance primarily a power forward.

My apologies to the Little fanatics, but I don't think she's worth upper end max, which is what Miller gave her by coring her. He's stuck with her at that price.

It depends on the team. There are a lot of not superstar players who get max or near max deals. I think a team like Dallas, Atl, or PX who isn't in cap trouble would like to have a veteran like Little who can come off the bench, or start if someone is injured without any drop off, is good team mates, knows how to go about their business on and off the court, are good for the locker room and chemistry, know their role, all while complementing the star players. I think Little falls very much into that category along with players like T. Wright, Carson, Langhorne, Pierson, Perkins, Quigley, Zellous, Vaughn, Larkins, etc.

Unless he cored her in order to keep her from jumping ship and plans to trade her. Which I doubt. It's hard to get anyone to come and play in CT so when CT trades for a veteran player, they need to core them to keep them. Plus its not like CT has anything close to salary cap issues. I love the Sun, but I really really wish the Mohegan's would fold the team and another big city market like San Francisco would buy them and relocate them there. I know the Tribe wanted a WNBA team in their casino to draw more people to play the slot machines, and that used to work when they were averaging 7-8k fans per game. But now they're only averaging around 4.5-6 fans per game. The fun is over Tribe, time to give it up and realize that having a pro sport team playing in the backwoods just doesn't work. I mean really, which top WNBA stars in their right mind would want to play in the woods? Even when the team was really successul and were going to the finals, it's players still wanted to leave.
