Team WNBA with almost a double sized lead. So do we not think TEAM USA is that good or the WNBA team is just better ? This should be exciting to watch !

That Team USA was a very guard-heavy shell of the current Team USA.

The players that were in both that team and the current team:
Bird
Collier
Diggins-Smith
Fowles
CGray
Taurasi
Wilson (DNP: NWT for Oregon game)

Upgrades:
NOgwumike Arrow Stewart
Clarendon Arrow Atkins
Plum Arrow Loyd
Augustus Arrow Charles
AGray Arrow Griner

Now compare Oregon to Team WNBA.
Team WNBA is light years better than the 18-21 year old Ducks.

Oregon didn't have to play against Griner , Stewart or Charles...Id say their pretty big difference makers.

And that USA squad didn't have to play against Cambage, Bonner, Parker or Vandersloot**... Like, what are we doing, here?

I’ll watch. There’s no baseball on to conflict either. Should be a fun game.

It would not surprise me if team WNBA beats team USA. I think in fact I think they will. . I think team WNBA will have something to prove where as team USA will not.

This will be by far the most talented opponent Team USA will face during the break

If Team USA puts full effort into winning, they should win. Trouble is this is an exhibition game and none of the players want to get hurt so they’d get replaced by an alternative for the real games.

I predict Taurasi will play the lightest minutes for USA, maybe even none. Lately she never puts in big minutes for exhibitions, even when 100%.

I can see Collier putting in the most minutes for USA. She never gets hurt and she routinely puts in big minutes. She might be the MVP candidate for USA unless Stewart has her eye on that.

Cambage should be on light minutes for WNBA. That’s about it. I’m sure Wade would like Parker to be put on light minutes, but she probably has a storyline to fulfill.

There will undoubtedly be excuses both ways. I wonder if defenses will step aside to let the bigs dunk...

No way JJ wins the 3 pt contest or Lloyd their going to be hella tired at halftime. Maybe make it to finals but against a fresh Quigley or Whitcomb I doubt it.
