I think it's hers. She's been the best player all week. |
Ands as far as the MVP convo, BG as an individual has been huge all season. It is team performance that has probably been the main thing keeping her from being near the top of the list.
Keep beating good teams and that can turn around pretty quickly.
(I have very little faith that beating good team will continue to happen, but it's a nice thought, and right now feels like the first time all season the thought has been entertainable)

I would also point out that she is having her best rebounding season of her career with 9.8 per game. Long considered a frustration point in her game, it's good to see a career high average shaping up.
Her career high of 21.9 ppg from 2017 is in danger of being surpassed if she keeps posting 30 point games like this.

| Phew, pretty rough game for the Storm. EVERYONE was having an off game (but gotta credit Phoenix defense for some of that). Be interesting to see if they can bounce back on Sunday or if the lack of the Aussies and the break looming is just too much weirdness to get through.
