I don't know whether there's any region-blocking, but the games are live and free on FIBA's YouTube channel. USA-Australia is on right now at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eklZDZm8JD0 .

Thanks, the game is viewable in the US and it's still there.

(Looks at scoreline) ... think I will give that one a miss!

Based on that result and Australia's previous scoreline vs Egypt, I'm thinking USA-Egypt on Wednesday is going to be quite the bloodbath.
