Shooting is ABYSMAL.

If you take out Griner's buckets, we shot 2-15 from the field in the quarter Laughing

It seems as though our offense has become dribble hand off and drive, with the driver taking the shot whether it is a high percentage look or not.

A lot of forced drives instead of running the play.

I need to know if Kia Nurse is in her body tonight because she didn't get back on defense and watched the rebound fall right in front of her but didn't even try to pick it up.

For Dallas, I guess there is some advantage to having two players on their 'second' team who should be starters. Add in a couple of pretty decent players on the bench and that second team can be pretty productive.

Exactly what the defense wants.

Dallas just needs to stay the course and keep building. They have an exciting young team. No one can create like Arike and Mabrey has surprised me with her ability to get her own shot.

They obviously need a centerpiece big but they are a tough out.

Sabally is a superstar sooner than later.

Obvious foul. What was all that contact for? Also, yeah. I didn't understand why that was the set up. If anything, Kia should've been where BG was or where Turner was.

We look like we haven't played in a few days.

All of Mabrey's parts seem average, but the sum is so effective. I'm constantly surprised that I'm surprised by this, ever since I watched her vivisect UConn's defense for 21 points in the first half in her eighth game as a freshman.

It's interesting that almost every time I look at +- for Dallas, Collier has the biggest negative. I still think it would be better for her to come off the bench and she might be more effective against opponents' second teams.

Griner is playing the most active basketball of her career this season. She is in incredible shape overall.

On the other side, Collier's game just is not translating to the W just yet. She has got to get way way way more physical if she is going to be on beyond her rookie contract.

yeah, me too. She somehow just 'does it' in spite of looking not very athletic or quick or anything outstanding... I do think she should be starting for Dallas, but as I said before, it's a great offensive punch off the bench.

That would have been the most ridiculous dunk in league history.

I wanted that for her. I'm sure she'll try again.

Sabally is getting the best of Turner. Nurse being on Thornton is comedy at best.

What is the adjustment?

Cunningham have good minutes in the first half, I don’t understand why we haven’t seen her at all in the second half. I’m not sure how many more times Walker needs to shoot 3-10 for Sandy to try something else.

BG needs a touch every time down the floor.

Mercury three shooting is killing them.

Plus missing way too many FTs

Honestly. We couldn't shoot worse from 3 in this game. May as well mix it up.
