Unlike the two other teams that have won four championships, the Seattle Storm's titles are spread out over three decades. The one constant across 2004, 2010, 2018 and 2020? Sue Bird.

I don't know if I would call being married to your teammate one of the most defining milestones in the league, but it was nice to see such a diverse list on here.

I would have had Diana Taurasi being the first and only player to surpass 8,000 points over 1,000 career 3's.

I also feel like Maya Moore should be somewhere on this list. Winning four titles in dominant fashion before the age of 28 while also being the best player on the team is pretty impressive. I don't know how you make that a first, but it's certainly league defining in terms of success.

First national television contract would also be good to add.

Overall it was a fun list! Beautifully illustrated as well.

Loved the mixededia aspect of this. Very enjoyable.

A few additions I would have liked recognized....

Chamique Holdsclaw First W player on the cover of SLAM (right?)

Liz Cambage most points in a single game.

Brittany Griner - First player to Create 4/blocks a game or most blocks in a single game (11)

Holdsclaw was the first female on a Slam cover, but she was still at Tennessee at the time, I believe.

Makes sense. I was trying to find some way to include her.

For some reason she is wearing a Knicks practice jersey on the cover? So I imagine this was before she was drafted, so senior year? One of the 'could a woman play in the NBA pieces' I think?

It says 'October '98' right there on the cover. So, y'know, a fair while before the 1999 draft...
