Quickly growing tired of Meghan McKeown. As a B1G fan, I'll root for Maryland making a deep run in the NCAA's, but I'd love to see them not win this tournament haha. No disrepect intended

Terps look a little rusty in the early going.

Pet peeve of mine is when the refs call a jump ball when the defender has one hand on the ball but the other on the wrist/forearm of the offensive player. (Collins on Scaagen just a bit ago).

I wouldn't say Maryland is rusty... Nebraska is just playing well. Nebraska has all the pieces to have been an at large NCAA team, and they have some good wins this season. However, too many bad losses unfortunately. Hopefully they can make a run in the WNIT.

Only thing "off" about Maryland today is Benzan hasn't nailed one of her wide open 3's yet. They'll fall in time.

Don’t agree. Terps look sloppy. They’re gonna get an earful from Brenda in the locker room.

Huskers are doing a much better job of playing to their potential than Maryland is.

Nebraska really exposing Maryland's defense at the moment. Maryland relies so much on extending 3/4 court pressure and trapping up high that it leaves the backside pretty open. Nebraska has indeed been forced into some turnovers, but they are also doing a good job getting to the baseline where there isn't much help. Maryland a bit slow to retreat today once the first line of defense gets beat.

FWIW I think Kate Cain has the most untapped offensive potential in the entire big ten ...

I tuned in to see the end of what I assumed would be a blowout. Wow!

I've seen her several times. She's a freight train, and yeah, she should get called for the o-foul much more often than she does.

Man, Diamond Miller's game is just so... buttery. Her shot, her drive, her handles – her handles! – combined with her height & length, she's just so incredibly cut-out for the pro-game.

Haiby doing everything she can to keep Nebraska in this, but...

totally agree. she's is really really good, but she is rewarded way too much for just barreling straight through the defender.

Not the game most of us were expecting.

Whew! Nebraska did a great job. Terps were lucky to escape. This game should help MD going forward. They can’t come out complacent or they’ll be heading home.
