Makurat makes her first appearance in 13 games!

Muhl goes down with a left ankle injury. She returned to the bench on crutches.

Hopefully not as bad as it looked. She was playing fantastic. We can win the Big East without her - we can’t get back to the final four without her.

oh that's sad. Hopefully it's not too bad and she will be ready for the NCAAs. I hate injuries anytime, but especially here in the lead up to the big tournament!

Muhl rolled her ankle on a no-look dish in transition. In the post-game presser, Geno said, if he was to make a bet, which he won't because it's against NCAA rules, even though they're in a casino to play the tournament, he would venture to guess Muhl will try to play tomorrow.

I can't believe he said that. While I watched in real time, I thought she was done for the season. She was the best player on the floor in the first half. I hope she can play, but I would rather she not rush it. I didn't expect her to be such an integral part of the team, but she is so important. She plays great perimeter D, she brings toughness, and most importantly, she allows Paige to play off the ball, where she is best.

She was shooting (no boot) in shoot around this morning. I would still hold her out at least a game though.

Oh, thank God, this season is finally over.

Maybe next year will be better with Qadashah having multiple functional shoulders.
