I love when Griffin & Edwards come in. Good things happen a lot more than bad things.

Final 81-49

High scorer was Muhl with 19. Muhl/Bueckers combined for 9 steals. Creighton runs nice offense to watch, perpetual motion. If they had some size they would be much tougher. UConn just dominated the paint/glass. Shout out to Creighton senior guard Carda who had 24 points. Even when UConn defended well she managed to get a shot off and made a bunch.

On to Butler.

I just love her spunk, tenacity, and defense. We haven't had a guard like her Shea Ralph. Not game wise, bust just her attitude. Her and Edwards bring a toughness to UCONN that we haven't seen in yearssssss.

Bueckers was quoted as saying she was staying for her degree. If that means 4 years I'm happy because she eligible after 3. I'm just hoping she isn't taking more than 12 credits a semester.

I'm a UConn fan and forget sometimes that Bueckers has higher ambitions than college championships. That could mean she leaves in a little over 2 years but it also means that she is going to keep working to get better.
