go to MLSNET.com for the details. The 18th team will be announced at a later date, likely being Portland or St. Louis. Also heard during his speech(yet not mentioned in his press release) is the fact that two addition teams will join the league in 2012, brigning the league up to 20 teams.

This could be good news for the WPS as current MLS cities of Seattle, Toronto & Dallas all have iexpressed interest in joining the WPS at some point.
