. . . will want to tune into a new, inspirational reality fitness show, airing on discovery's FitTV, called "ultimate goals." her segment kicks off the series nationally on tuesday, dec. 14, at 8 p.m. et. synopsis: a 50-something young man says his "ultimate goal" is to get in shape, lose weight and play basketball as he did when he was in high school. fran's his coach, mentor and cheerleader.
