Close one so far as MU leads 26-24 at the half. Biggest surprise for me so far is frosh Skylar Forbes leads MU in scoring so far with 10 points.

Really hope MU can avoid losing to Villanova three times this season and pull this out. I fear MU ends up in the wrong side of the bubble also if they lose this game.

Sure looked like the two regular season games against Villanova that MU lost. But MU escapes in this one 50-48. Lucy Olsen for Villanova led all scorers with 22 points. Liza Karlen led MU with 13 points.

MU will get blown out by UCONN tomorrow but I think they have secured an at large NCAA Tournament after this win.
