I'm thinking that there will be more than a few tears when she takes the floor.

Also thinking that there are going to be a lot of pissed off people with this hockey game only halfway through the 3rd and a one goal game.

Hopefully ESPN will move the game to News or U.

Have they delayed the start of the game?

How is there no backup plan for this? Hockey games go OT a lot of the time. And why was the game so long anyway? Bball was supposed to come on before 11:00 and the game wasn't at the end of regulation until shortly before 11:15.

Horrible management at ESPN.

It is terrible for the WNBA that on opening night, there's not even communication about what's happening with the game on ESPN. No mention by the hockey announcers, no information on the ticker or anywhere on the screen. Pathetic and terrible.

Now it's starting on ESPN2, at least.

Karli Samuelson was cut and brought back on a hardship deal. And she is the first LA substitute. Must be wings that are injured.

Seemed like 0 seconds warning that it was going from ESPN 2 to ESPN. But I was looking at my phone and may have missed it.
