- Just because Stewart played her college ball for Connecticut does not mean that invoking her name (in a topic where it's relevant, no less) is "bringing UConn into [the conversation] in a negative way."

In order for this to even potentially be a Finals matchup, either Chicago or Connecticut has to lose in the first round. If both advance, then Vegas would play the lowest remaining seed in the second round... which would be the winner of SEA/WAS. |
There is no re-seeding anymore. The best this matchup could get is a Semifinals no matter what.

This. She keeps trying to make sideline interviews relevant, and doing so by trying to make them ~*~spicy~*~, and it’s like, no. Stop it. I think some of it has to do with the flood of support she got during her cancer fight- now either she thinks more people like her reporting than actually do, or ESPN thinks they can get her over, and, no. She grows tiresome. But that’s also an ESPN problem in general; no matter how competent someone starts out at their job, they will inevitably be reduced to their most obnoxious trait. No there isn't. If Dallas and New York both win in the first round, they would matchup with against each other in the 2nd round.
