Per Kareem Copeland Washington Post:

Note: Elena Delle Donne will not travel to Chicago for the Sky game. Taking another rest day.

The Mystics are three wins out of first place and Delle Donne has missed 10 games. If she could play the entire playoffs they could win it all. But I don't know what the chances of doing that are given she has only been in two thirds of their regular season games.

Presumably she's been resting up for the playoffs

This is how we need to play the whole game (just need to learn to defend against the 3).

At a listed 5'4" Machida will cause matchup problems on defense. She got switched on Copper down low and Allemand lobbed it high to Copper.

Stephen Bardo just quoted Thibault saying something about Natasha Cloud being the best defender in the WNBA and then said something about her being the best one on one half court defender "according to Synergy"?

I think it could be an exercise thing. Some people turn pink/red from exercise. (I notice that the color looks a lot brighter/darker from up close time out shots.) But I should rewatch and see how she looks at the start of games.

Wow, I thought it was exercise-related but just looked at the start of the last Wings/Sky game and she is red/pink in the pre-game huddle. Sunscreen and melanoma.

Well, we did a great job much of the game. Slipped a lot at the end with the bench in. Wade sometimes is "a puzzlement" - still, we won! Very Happy
