Aces playing like crap again. Game 5 of a 6 game road-trip. They're going to have to do a lot better to beat the Storm in Seattle on Sunday.

Plum needs to put the ball in the hole (2-9) and the whole team needs to get back on defense.

Why is Hamby shooting 3's? She's only 24% from there for the season. Not helping.

Aces' bench, as usual, has contributed nothing to the offense.

Dallas has beaten the Sky and the Aces back to back, all without Arike (and Sabally). The coaches and front office better be paying attention.

Ok Dallas, Wow!
Soooo are they for real or do teams just need to adjust to what they are doing now? Are they truly this much better without their 'superstars'?

Let me tell you, I'm really sorry I watched this whole damn game, because ESPN's coverage (on their Roku app) went from a TO with the score 78-71 to McCowan making a layup and the score 82-80. The most important part of the game was just not shown and there's no capability to rewind and replay.
Until the WNBA can get all their games broadcast on major networks instead of this patchwork of regional stations and incompetent streaming services, they're never going to be taken seriously.

Hopefully, Vickie Johnson can now see and understand that playing with control, sharing the ball, low turnovers, assists, defense, and not taking wild ass shots and gunning IS the answer to success - even with rookies playing. Damn, when will this Dallas franchise wise up.
Arike has sensational unmatched offensive abilities and skills but unless she's really hot the team suffers and more than not loses. Arike must be controlled, coached and managed properly to play within a team concept. She's been given too much independence/leeway which has given her too much arrogance and technical fouls. Is Vickie afraid to take her under hand? Is it Bibb?
Vickie must know all of this as she was a great team player herself.
Anyways, congratulations Wings!

Well said
Massive trade. Give her & Burton to Indy for K Mitch & Henny.

Well said! I've always maintained that Arike shoots them OUT of more games than she shoots them INTO. And, no to Kelsey Mitchell, who does the exact same thing as Arike. High volume/low percentage shooters are essentially turnover machines.
Kudos to Dallas and Vickie Johnson for maximizing Teaira McGowan! I understand why Lin Dunn needed to move her to create a whole new team in Indiana, but geez loueez, I did not see this coming.
One has to think that watching these games from the sidelines has to be humbling for Arike. The team can win close games if they win the possession war, which she helps them lose every game she plays.
