Not for me! (I live 8 hrs from Atlanta, so "local" blackout is across the board. Since I'm "local" I don't get to watch the Dream play hardly ever. I think one of their games was on Fox Sports South - though usually they show the Braves game.
That is the definition of a crap contract. Nowhere close enough to get to the game and almost never get to watch the team play.

That's the nonsensical part of these blackouts - you don't live in the area but are blocked anyway. Reminds me of the NFL rule years ago (maybe still?) that unless a local game sold out, one could not watch it live on TV - or something like that. I was a kid, so my memory might not have that quite right.
I was right - didn't live in Chi-town then, but this is the reference I could find:
