The Mystics once again will be shorthanded for this game against the Chicago Sky. I could be wrong but it's going to take a miracle for the Mystics to stay with the Sky.
Per Kareem Copeland Washington Post:
Alysha Clark (foot) will be out tomorrow vs the Sky. It’s a scheduled day off. Elena Delle Donne will be back after her scheduled day off last game. Also, Myisha Hines-Allen is no longer listed on the injury report with that quad contusion.

Is "scheduled days off" a program Washington is running for all of their starters, or just EDD? I may have missed this.

EDD has scheduled days off for “load management”. Apparently this is also extending to Clark.

Chicago should do the same load management with Parker/Sloot.

Age/Wear & Tear
Players who play all year round for many years will at some point need load management.

Mystics looking GOOD early! Burke gets the start with Clark resting this game. Mike T has built a nice and versatile team that can withstand key players missing games. Myisha Hines-Allen did not start. She was clearly not 100% in the last game with lingering hamstring contusion.
At first time out, some subs are made but Shakira stays in the game. Clearly free agent EWill is the backup center on this team. MHA gives EDD a breather.

Announcers boosted Shakira Austin up to 6'6" (with 6'7" wingspan).

She is taller then Meesseman for sure.
