Did Lynx just concede that or what? Weird ending.

If the old lottery system was still in place I'd believe the Lynx were tanking this year Laughing

Fouling Sloot down 2 with 16 sec on the shot clock and 23.8 left in the game was just asinine.

Meeseman so understated. It's like easy to overlook her, but she is very, very good.

Love the pros who excel with solid fundamentals.

yeah, the announcers said they 'had' to but geezooey, hasn't anybody heard about fouling somebody off the ball if you want to foul. Put a nice hard moving screen right in front of the ref on a player that shoots 60%. Picking who to foul is one of those things it seems like no team bothers to learn.

Damn that Chicago defense was smothering in the last sequence 🔥

Yes, they get credit for the smothering 3 point defense since that’s where MIN had to shoot.

Way too cavalier at the FT line. Gotta work on focus.

Lynx looked pretty good all things considered, that end sequence was strange though.

We need KMac back so that Banham and Carleton no longer get on the court. Westbrook should start on the road trip. Depending on what was up with Jess, Milic looked very valuable tonight.

Moriah was looked at by the trainer when she came out, so I'm gonna guess that she asked Reeve to be out for that. But I wasn't looking there at the time.

Jeffy has looked pretty good for first game. Probably didn’t get a fair shake in Dallas. Yet another Dallas loss is somebody else’s gain.

Okay - somehow no Chicago-based person commented during the game! I watched but was multitasking...

I counted our current roster and we only have ten slots filled after cutting Kaela Davis and Sparkle Taylor and still including Tina Krajisnik, who has played very limited minutes. So we should be good to keep Gardner (whom we tried out and cut before the 2017 season) when KFC comes back. Very Happy (Unless there is a cap issue.)

Wade originally signed the 31-year-old guard to a training-camp contract, her first WNBA contract since going undrafted out of UCLA in 2012. But before she arrived to camp, Wade upgraded her to part of his 11-player roster. After seeing her play overseas against WNBA talents like Sky teammate Kahleah Copper and Phoenix Mercury guard Diamond DeShields, he knew she belonged on a WNBA roster.

If Minny had made all those missed free throws, they would have won this game. They out-shot and rebounded us; we managed to control our turnovers. Sloot's assists would have been higher had some folks caught the ball.

So Banham, who it's puzzling why she is still on anyone's roster, got a critical 3, but the Lynx couldn't capitalize on that momentum. MoJeff had one decent game. It was impressive that she just got to the team and started well. Let's see how long that lasts.

I'm so tired of folks chucking up 3s...

BTW, YouTubeTV recorded both the NBA TV and our local station feeds.

Jefferson had a good game and now all of a sudden she’s an all star who was being held back in dallas. Even though she displayed the same talents as she did in LV/SA but people still focus on dallas being the issue. How about you look at the player . Dallas did the right thing and ima stick beside em. We won’t and don’t Miss MoJeff. Celebrate your losses with our leftovers we waived her not the other way around .

I think part of her success is that the Minnie player turnover has left them without an identity other than Syl. Kind of hard to scout a team of new players and their tendencies. Leaves a lot of defenders going one-on-one. I think part of the Sky’s success last year in the playoffs is because they have such great team defense IQ. (That and Parker seems to have saved a little extra for playoffs dating back to her college ‘ships). As the season continues, I expect Mo Jeff’s effectiveness to go down.
