Good call. She did an amazing job with the hand she was dealt, even after KeKe Smith went down.

Took over a toxic program, had a star player transfer out mid-season and still took the Gators to the NCAAS for the first time since 2016. The 10-6 SEC record ties for Florida's best in the last 2 decades. Losing Smith right before the SEC Tourney hurt their chance of Cinderella-ing, but they still competed without her. Very well deserved for a coach a lot of people were doubting before the season.

Indeed. The SEC is going to be a real different place next year. Tougher all the way around.

Never been a Gator fan, but Quality and Perseverance deserve this kind of accolade wherever it happens. Hopefully, only good things will continue to go their way.
