Let that be the fate of all coaches who leave the WNBA for the "greener pastures" of college basketball. Let them go to sleep every night comforted with their money and failure. #HateHard

Not a good way to endear herself to Baylor fans spoiled by Mulkey's success.

Really no excuse for this outcome. A squad of All Americans embarrassed by a bunch of farmers from North Dakota. The coach has to bear a lot of the responsibility for not having her team prepared, either technically, strategically, emotionally, or all of the above.

Maybe that's the team that Collen prepared for?

Glad Iowa wasn't the most embarrassing 2-seed today! Not at *all* saying that South Dakota is a slouch. But Baylor didn't even look competitive most of the game. SD controlled it from start to finish.

It means that I, as a person who roots for Michigan, will be spending a lot of time that I *should* be using to sweat the Villanova game sweating instead about Sjerven's trend of ending the college careers of high first round prospects.

It also means that I, as a New York Liberty fan, would love to scoop her up in the draft and plug her into our interior defense.

What is ESPN going to do with all their N. Smith material?

Store it with the Howard material.

And the Clark material! Though this just creates more space to hear about Boston's double doubles... Mad

Maybe ESPN will remember the ACC exists at some point and we'll actually hear about the other #1 seeds...

Ha! You might not wanna make that error out loud if you're ever in SD....pitchforks and torches are readily available out there and their Rivalry raises Rancor over mistaken identities in them thar parts. Razz

I always consider Iowa to be THE hotbed of school-girl basketball, but the Dakotas aren't too far behind, and they do NOT appreciate being mistaken for one another. Shocked

*Sigh* But who outside of the Dakotas actually gives a shit about either of them? 🤮 One has Mt. Rushmore, one doesn't, and one day I will forget which one's which. There is no good reason, certainly by today's standards, why they shouldn't just be "one big Dakota!" (But all of this is neither here... nor certainly there...)
