i'm not trying to fully downplay it but in these tournaments USA is often so much better than their opponents that the stats are skewed because even the final game USA beat France by 52. so just imagine a lot of wide open layups or easy assists just from throwing the ball 20 feet ahead for breakaway layups. It does not always mean those performances will be similar in college because take her assists and turnovers, in USA she had a great ratio and in college she has a bad one. She was probably just facing teams with much less athleticism that don't bother pressing USA and USA is just so much better.
