Not to reference the Louisville-Baylor 2013 Sweet 16 matchup for the umpteenth time, but man, can I feel the energy from that game manifest itself in this game – Whew!

I miss Ros Gold on the NY commentator team.

This woman opposite Carolyn Peck has wayyyy too much energy. She makes me more anxious watching this game.

I really try not to be too critical on the players. I know it is not easy to play at this level and excel always, but I am really missing the angry Skylar we saw post Olympics. Was Taurasi THAT integral in that level of play for her?

Wow! I was worried when Phoenix jumped out to the early lead that we'd be watching an uncontested game. Instead, we saw an immediate response by the Liberty and a bunch of lead changes.

I agree with lynxmania that Brondello will probably come up with some adjustments. I don't think the Liberty have double and tripled anyone this much all season. Hopkins had better have a few new wrinkles for the second half as well.

When your team is -100 free throws for the season and the reason given is size mismatches it should work both ways.

Refs are mostly letting the players play, and being fair to both teams the way I see it. Since Taurasi's not playing, none of the players seem too outraged over the calls. Smile

Sad to admit this is very likely !! Their going to spend 10 minutes real time reviewing and still get it wrong as well. This season I must say officiating has not been as atrocious and blatantly bad as the past but it’s still terrible !

And it’s clear she’s reading from her cell phone scripted lines . Carolyn peck gets the best laugh as you see nothing below her country voice or eyes Laughing Laughing Laughing at least she’s seasoned right ?
