nice to see games on the last day where teams actually want to win.

True. Preseason football.

the flop made by three point shooters has become another part of the skill set. [blech]

Agree, it should be an automatic technical. The hideous rules/plays of the men's game has crept into the women's game finally and I hate it. Almost every stepback 3 is a travel by every basketball rule, but now it's just part of the game. It's impossible to defend that, too. The shooter can create too much space with an "illegal" move.

LOL! Plum was like, "Pass it back to A'ja? For who? For what?"

I really hope this ends up being out finals match up. So much fun to watch.

Also, Bird has been attendance viagara for the league since she announced her retirement.

Question: Am I just a hater(LOL) or does anyone else think that Holly Rowe is only slightly better than nails on a chalkboard?

Seriously? Stewart went to the line 15 times in last week's game, scored 35 pts, and the Aces won anyway

In order for this to even potentially be a Finals matchup, either Chicago or Connecticut has to lose in the first round. If both advance, then Vegas would play the lowest remaining seed in the second round... which would be the winner of SEA/WAS.

Paging Silky Johnson for analysis of this vital question of haterism.

Plum? She is their highest scorer Wink

What a game! Love it! Great to see CP3, Booker, Bridges and Trae Young showing some love!

If I could point to a single thing that is Seattle's most costly weakness, it's been turnovers. A few too many overly optimistic or careless passes have cost them some winnable games.

I mean, you're absolutely a hater, but the second part of your post also happens to be accurate. #HateHard Approved

What does that have to with what I just wrote? Like, seriously? Because I'm a UCONN fan you had to find some way to bring them into this is a negative way, so you chose that? Kick rocks.

I think it's Quinn. Her substitutions and late game coaching are both terrible.

Loyd was just incredible today. 38 points 13-23 shooting, and 8-14 3's. She made Plum look slow on defense, which isn't easy to do.

LOL! I am a hater....and I even tone it down for the board. I'd be fully banned if I put my true feelings on here.

I don't see that UCONN has anything at all to do with what I wrote. I was responding to your comment that Gray gets every close call (11 FT's and 33 pts today). The same thing happened with Stewart in their last game and the outcome was the same. I don't think you have a legit gripe here, just a big chip on your shoulder about UCONN. And for the record, I don't give a rat's ass who you're a fan of.

  1. The discussion was about the Aces and the Storm.
  2. The comment was relevant to the discussion (i.e., the most recent game played between the Aces and the Storm).
  3. Just because Stewart played her college ball for Connecticut does not mean that invoking her name (in a topic where it's relevant, no less) is "bringing UConn into [the conversation] in a negative way."
  4. Get off the damned cross, why don't you?
