Muffet McGraw had a good breakdown of WHY the Duke defense is so effective. She ended with "I don't know how Kara teaches them to defend like that."

I don't always enjoy good defense as much as good offense but this Duke D is beautiful to watch. It's how every player knows to instantly rotate so there are no holes. They make the other team make a great offensive play to score.

I know. She trained under the best. Pat believed in "Defend, rebound, and run." Also, that "Offense scores points, defense wins games."
