I did not expect two 1-seeds to fall before a single 2- or 3-seed.... Surprised

This!

Holmes was heartbreaking in the postgame, but at least she can come back next year.

That also happened in 1998 when all four #2 and all four #3 seeds reached the S16 but #1 seeds Stanford and Texas Tech did not

Nearly the whole team was in tears! They are an intense bunch. Heartbreaking game.

Yes, the year that Texas Tech was hosting the regionals. Very Happy

The Committee kept sending ND to the state of Texas (1996, 1997, 1998), but after ND ended up beating Texas on their home court and Tech on theirs, they stopped doing that...

Where do you watch the post game pressers, I haven't been able to find them?

They're on YouTube. You just need to Google them. Here is Indiana's: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UH9tBRiCm64

On the right of this link there are several more oress conferences linked.

Piggy-backing off this. There's a March Madness Youtube channel with almost all of the pregame and postgame press conferences for women's teams and men's teams.

https://www.youtube.com/@MarchMadness/videos

Explore that link.
