If you can't make the cut for Indiana, then where?

She's probably too old for them.

You do realize that Indy is not the bottom dweller this year right? Very Happy
[at least not yet]

So she needs to follow the yellow brick road to the Big Apple 🍎?

I managed to confuse Alanna smith with Alaina Coates I actually am color blind and don't spell good. Wink

For those wondering about my join date and the number of my posts. I've been a Fever fan since their second year and went to games with my daughter. I managed to join and (Screwed up) my sign in credentials. I then followed the board for many years until I decided I must post. I thought that my registration had expired so I tried a new registration with new email that told me it was a duplicate. I was unable to sign in with either email. Luuuc discovered the problem and gratiously solved it for me. Thank you Luuuc

Nalyssa Smith was injured for the Sky/Fever game and yet Stanley only played Alanna Smith 3 minutes. Her average was 12.9 with 1 start and a previous low in minutes of 9. So she might have fallen out of favor of Stanley as well

Alanna Smith played 4/5 off the bench until Alaina Coats arrived and practiced. Then Alaina Coates took most of Alanna Smith's bench minutes. Emma is tough and hopefully she provides what the coach wants.

I wonder if this is it for her? At least her agent was able to get her that fat contract. I still don't know how they did that.

She's exited to sign with Connecticut once she clears waivers.

I'm on the late show about this news. I just found out today. I didn't know that Indiana waived her. Or contract divorce.

Makes sense for both sides, I think. Indy wants to go young, Bria wants to play.

She was killing it before her injury with the Merc. I hope she does well with Connecticut.

Ditto.

I've had a soft spot for Hartley dating back to when she first got on my radar during her Libs days. It's been awhile so I don't recall the specifics, but it seems folks dogged her out regularly. I've just felt protective of her...

The Fever are shutting Kelsey Mitchell down for the season. She has a partial tear of the Plantar Fascia in her left foot. If the team were going anywhere she could possibly come back or even play through it and have surgery later.

I sincerely hope Indy gets the #1 pick and Boston (despite or maybe even because of the very obvious attempt to get one this season. Indy has hope but this year was clearly designed to develop youth and increase lottery odds). They deserve a top pick and a star and have had really bad luck getting one.

For the Fevers game in July against Vegas, the promoted it as the last time they’ll wear their Rebel uniforms.

So with the word “ever” in there, let’s do some speculation:

A) the entire league is getting new rebel uniforms next year
B) the league is doing away with the rebel uniforms
C) the fever are relocating and this is their first teaser
D) something else

I'd assume it has to do with licensing or maybe that Stranger Things is a bit of a fad for a uniform design. I imagine they'll do an something a little more long-term.

I highly doubt the announcers would tio their hand if they knew either the league being done with rebel uniforms or the Fever relocating.
