They have the tiebreaker with New York and Phoenix?

They have the tiebreaker over Phoenix.
The tiebreaker with the Lib would depend on which teams finish .500 or better (assuming NY wins their two remaining matchups).
However, for NY to win out they would have to beat Atlanta, Dallas, and LA twice each. The Sparks have games remaining against both the Dream and the Wings, so at least one of those three teams would have 17 or more losses.

This will be a good test of whether the league has any answer for the Storm now that Tina Charles is on the roster.

The Storm are starting a game at 9 am west coast time. They should be given a 15 point handicap to start.

most likely she and her agent made it clear that she wouldn't play for anybody else.

What if a team picked her and she didn't want to play for them - would she then be able to go anywhere she wanted? If not, a contender like Chicago should have done that to keep her off Seattle.

Stewart and Parker were kibitzing shoulder to shoulder and Stewart is taller than Parker. And with those especially long arms.
All Chicago starters had a negative plus/minus. Chicago bench was double digit positive [Stevens +16 20 min, Gardner +15 20 min, Evans +17 14 min].
Storm bench all negative and starters all positive except for Williams who was 0.
