Purdue holds on to win 80-66. Katie Gearlds wins the first battle of the former B10 star player coaches. As players, they overlapped for one year.

Jeana Terry had her second triple double fo the season. She's one of only three players with more than one this season.

Purdue continues to improve. They are one win away from doubling last season's win total.

Seriously impressed by Purdue this year! Rickie Woltman has improved a lot in
not too many games, being thrust into the starting lineup, but do any Purdue fans know if/when Rashaya Kyle is supposed to be back?

After being one of the sole decent players on Illinois for a few years, I'm glad to see Jeanae Terry get to experience a bit more team success.
