Laughing Laughing Yeah I did have my eye on Ms Wells. She's my kind of player.

Anyway we will go with the Ospreys:
Jazz Bond, tf, North Florida

I had to go make sure she hadn't transferred too!

HoopMom (without the S) is on the clock

It's funny, I feel like I almost know where you're looking at next, but now I'll get to wait in suspense until we get to you again.

At this point, I honestly have no idea where I'm going next, so maybe you should point out who you think Laughing

Just a suggestion:
I realize some of us have work obligations, many have other obligations and all of us like to sleep at night, but please notice that if we continue on at the current rate, we won't complete the draft before the games begin. This is not trying to poke at anyone in particular as I know that especially the first couple of rounds, it's hard for people to get into a rhythm.

So with that in mind, I would like to remind you all that we can help each other out. For instance I've made my round two pick, so if I know my third round pick is likely to come up in a time where I will be unavailable for quite a few hours, I might let Adam or undersized Post, who I know are around quite a bit, and who pick after me in the next round, help me out and help keeping the draft moving. I would just PM them my next pick so they can post it for me when the time comes. Usually I would be doing that when there were only a few picks left in front of me, so the chances would be good that my pick would still be there. If I were comfortable with it, I might give them a second alternative as well. Since it's not always easy to know when a PM arrives (it says it at the top of the page but personally I don't always notice it right away), I would suggest that you post here on the thread something like "hey Adam, I'm sending you my pick via PM"

Good luck everybody and I hope this helps.

I am ready with my two picks, with a few others in reserve just in case. I check in quite frequently, because I work from home, so if anyone needs I can help too.

I'd echo Myrtle's sentiments -- we really do need to get moving with this draft otherwise we're not going to finish in time for the beginning of the season.

To that effect, would people want to try and "meet" here on Sunday afternoon at around 1pm MST to try and move through a few picks as quickly as possible or another time this weekend? I hate having to set a time, but we do need to try and pick up the pace.

HoopMom (without the S) is still on the clock.

I'm just echoing things as a reminder -- not trying to badger. Wink

Anyone is free to send me their future picks through PM and I would gladly choose players for them to speed things up. I am fairly active through out the day but would just need a heads up if you do send me a PM since it’s easy to not notice if I get a message on here.

And with what I believe is the 20th overall pick in the draft, I select....

DYAISHA FAIR, Buffalo, G, 5'5'', Jr.

I hope to see you torchin' and scorchin' nets all across the MAC this season, Dyaisha!!! Razz *Debbie Antonelli voice*: "Shoot til ur arm falls off!" But let's get that FG% up a bit from last year if we can. Laughing

Now, I already know who I want in round 3 so NOBODY TAKE HER FROME ME. Twisted Evil

HoopSmom is up next!

You are up again, to start the third round. You probably knew this, but I thought I would remind you, because I’m excited for my next pick πŸ˜‚

Hi Adam, I just PM'ed you a bunch of potential next picks. (Actually the same message was sent 3 times, I got impatient when nothing happened for several seconds.) I left my email if you need to reach me back.

Thanks for doing this!
