Re: locations. If the current proposal is approved 'as is,' the First Four games would be held at a single site (a la the men at Dayton) starting with the 2022-2023 season. For this upcoming season only, the games would be tacked on to the host site where the winner would be playing next, as you assumed. So for the 16/16 play-in games, the corresponding #1 seed would host this year, and for the 11/11 play-in games, the corresponding #3 seed would host.
