| After the loss Dallas can't climb to 6th. They will finish 7th or 8th and be on the road for round 1 of the playoffs

| without Cambage, Vegas is definitely beatable. They're still really good, but they could be beaten. Dallas looked like they would do it in the first half.

| What are the W's requirements for a COVID-positive player to return (assuming she is clinically well enough)? Two weeks since diagnosis? Negative test(s)? No further symptoms? The Aces announced Liz tested positive back on the 1st.

Good on VJ to start Mabrey at the point
Charlie could not handle what the team was trying to do under the basket (eg Gray's bakdoor move) late in the 1st qtr. But, she saved the ball from going out of bounds once which turned into a 3 from Arike.
Alright Dungee
Gray will always be a beast.
Wings had a decent 3rd qtr. Usually they fall apart after starting off hot. Loved that shovel pass by Mabrey to Awak to end it.
Alarie's offense is going to come one day - I know it. Hopefully she'll still be on this team when it does
Could the refs have kicked Arike's a&s off the court for slamming her water down bottle like that? Plus side, Dungee got some mins off her sitting down. Negative she came back in with her hero ball BS. Coach should've left her sitting.
Awak's going to beautiful in the near future. Loved that layup in the last few mins of the 4th qtr

Awak had a couple nice blocks too - Wilson and Stokes IIRC.
As far as the water bottle incident - I've wondered if the refs just didn't see it. She was on the bench so they may not have been paying attention to her. Probably did deserve a T.

Not sure I watched the same game as you. Wings were up 51-44 half way through the 3rd quarter and the quarter ended 61-57 Las Vegas up. Thats a change from down 7, by Vegas, to up 4.
The pass by Mabrey to Awak happened with about 17 seconds left.
The last play was a steal on the inbound, after Plum made 2 FT's to go up by 2 pts. Gray inbounded the ball, after the FT's and with 4.3 seconds left on the clock, the only player who should get the inbound was Arike. Where was Arike?, she was the other side of half court, which it made it a difficult or impossible pass to do. Arike should have been in the back court to get the inbound pass. Dallas had Awak and Maybrey. Why would you want to inbound to Awak? Maybreys position was horrible for an inbound pass and a forced pass by Gray resulted in a turnover and a shot, a miss, an offensive rebound and a good shot.
Arike is one of the few players who can dribble it full court and make a shot. Either she was in the wrong spot, on her own, or the BLOB was a poor play for the situation.

| seriously if Dallas won't suspend her, the league should. I'm assuming the refs didn't know how the water got there or they would have at least given her the tech.

Maybe getting a tech for slamming the ball would have held her back from slamming the water bottle. Getting no techs out of that whole situation when some players get them so easily seemed really odd. Maybe the league sent out a message to lighten up on the techs? Or maybe the crew already knew Ogunbowale was the league leader at 6 techs, so they cut her a break?
She better not pick up a tech during the last game of the season, or she’ll be missing the first round of the playoffs. Might be wisest to sit her.

| That video of Arike just sitting there while everyone else cleaned up the floor and the official coming over to talk to her made it look like the officials already knew what had happened. I don't know how they could have let her off without a T.
