Bella Alarie is being used to cover opposing centers, even when Harrison is on the floor. I had noticed her making some blocks in her limited minutes and I checked the stats and she is currently tied with Brittney Griner for #3 in the league in blocks per 40 minutes behind Liz Cambage and Jessica Breland.

We all know who you're referring to. Not necessary and uncalled for.

The announcer is referring to a player as “he”. I would bet they are certain that is what the player wants, and Clarendon would also not be upset about being referred to as the league’s first male, and in fact prefer it, if she is going by “he”. It doesn’t seem woke to swear after it was mentioned on “this board” or get uncomfortable with it. There is the issue of whether she is taking testosterone and if the WNBA would care since it is normally considered a performance enhancing drug.

False. Clarendon identifies as trans/nonbinary and uses any of she/they/he pronouns.

OK, I see that reported. It appears that Raegan Pebley was purposely looking to raise some eyebrows or appear woke if “she” would have been fine but Pebley repeatedly chose to use “he”.

Again school's important Charlie.

VJ's had 7 diff starting line ups already...so let Bella be ur starting center. I think the kids earn that.

Rebounding seemed bland...defense was crap, and the ball refusing to drop - guaranteed L. Paint points were limited against Big Sly...to be expected

Bench scoring was great as always. Don't know where the starters were tonight

MoJeff had a nice little side step on Dangerfield near the end of the 2nd qtr - too bad the ball did not drop. But, it was slick

VJ, Chelsea can hit 3s and get in the lane. Not from the bench though.

First double digit loss of the season. What did they do on their days off? Where was team ball.... Do better on Sat.

Meh. Let's stipulate, for the sake of argument, that Collier had returned to school for her final year of eligibility. She might have, hypothetically, improved her game to the point where she could have been drafted Number One overall.

Oh, wait. That already happened.

Not with that 2022 class coming out

How many people truly believe that Collier would be the equivalent of A. Wilson if she had stayed in school one more year? Be honest.🤔

And Rhyne Howard is automatically picked ahead of her? Most likely, but not a lock ..

The real way to pose the question is will Collier be better off in 22 after a year in the W and over-seas or a 4th year at Texas?

Sounds to me, then, like what you're saying is that she made the right decision to come out early. Sounds like staying another year would have only hurt her draft stock.
