I will say, Fisher is doing a lot more with less, compared with Brondello & what she has to work with... inexplicable loss after inexplicable loss for Phoenix, truly.


LA is the second worst offensive team in the league in terms of points per game, but the second best defensive team--so it makes sense they are 5-5.

Given the talent on the roster (particularly without Nnkeka) they are leaning into their identity as an athletic, defense first team, who wants to keep the score in the 70s/low 80s. I'm not convinced they'll make the playoffs, but there is at least of theory of the case at work here (and I think an OK use of the talent).
