They offer craft cocktails, charcuterie boards, and small plates, and they also offer specialty coffees in downtown Utica - now open earlier in the day to serve up select barista-made beverages, a labor of love for this couple

Very interesting! Good luck on Tweety and her wife's business!

It got me wondering: what other WNBA players (past and present) have also been in the food & beverage and hospitality business?

The only ones that I know of are:

Tamika Catchings and her Tea's Me teahouse in Indianapolis.

Angel McCoughtry had an ice cream shop in Atlanta when she was playing for the Dream.

Ebony Hoffman was once a part-owner or investor in a winery.

Natalie Williams once owned a nightclub in Salt Lake City.

Michele Van Gorp worked as a bartender during her college days.

Rebekkah Brunson and her Sweet Gypsy waffles food truck. But because of the COVID-19 pandemic, they are now only shipping their products via mail.

Any others?

Marissa Coleman and Alana Beard have a Mellow Mushroom Pizza franchise. Here's an interview they did with Tina Charles:

The three of them all attended a special Harvard Business School program for athletes. Beard and Coleman also talk about their exploration of the venture capital world.
