Eastern Illinois head women's basketball coach Matt Bollant has finalized his coaching staff for the 2021-22 season with the hiring of Allie LeClaire as an assistant coach with the women's program.

LeClaire comes to EIU following a season as an assistant coach at St. Norbert College in Wisconsin where the team did not compete during the NCAA Division III season due to COVID-19.
