Does anyone else expect Michigan to barely score 50 points? That Baylor defense will hound those guards relentlessly and Michigan's lack of height will crush them in the post. This could be the most ugly of all the S16 matchups.

Maybe, but the entire solar system outside of Waco, Texas, should be rooting for the underwolverines just out of general principles. Well, at least I am. |

I hope the Baylor posts get in foul trouble. (Sorry Baylor fans!)
Unfortunately it looks like Michigan used up all of their perimeter shooting against Tennessee.

AND as I look at the box score, she doesn't even have a foul!! The inaccuracy makes it even worse!!

Coming into the Sweet 16, I thought Baylor looked better than UConn, but that team hasn't shown up so far.

If Mich can just get back on defense and force Baylor into a half court game this could be a good 4th period. The fact that Ursin's shot is jittery makes it more likely.
I hope KBA showed her team a video of her coaching SJ when they snapped UConn's home winning streak.

This is ugly. What sloppy ball handling on both sides.
Ursin and Egbo are invisible for Baylor. Michigan cannot hit WIDE open shots.

Or the time we had Griner's Baylor squad on the ropes at the Garden. I still think we had a chance to spring that upset if Nadirah doesn't sprain her knee mid-game.

This is an example of why DiDi is not a PG. Her ball handling is just not good enough. But she makes nice passes. I still love her!
And Smith is just the best player on the floor.

hmm. now the calls going for Baylor....like they really need the extra help.
If Michigan can't hit their threes, this will be blowout city.

Terrible call. Then a possession later, Mulkey pleading for an over-the-back call on Naz. Give me an effing break.

Darn. Robbed by the rim. Could’ve used that buzzer-beater!

Haha that one was close, but in all honesty Johnson was lucky to even get a shot off in time.
