Thanks, all. This has been a long time coming! I’m so happy for the kids. I heard them working all day. Kim’s tag line since she came to Michigan has been, “The hardest working team in America.” I think we finally got a little taste of that in actuality.

____x1 (and I'm a UT fan, but I'm sick of hearing about it too!)

I'm amazed that this will be Michigan's first sweet 16! Shocked TN def NOT their best today, but definitely better than they've been the last couple of tournaments....like most, I thought they'd make a much deeper run.

Congrats, Michigan! Cool

Same. We stumbled into befriending her family when she was at St. John's because they sat in our section and appreciated the noise. I miss them. She did so much to build that program and connect it to the community. Michigan got a good one, and I love seeing what she can do with the resources of a Power 5 school committed to her program.

Love hearing stories like this. You're at Seton Hall correct?

*inhales mightily*

My primary team is St. John's, but Coach Bozzella aggressively befriended my husband while at Iona, so we picked up Iona for him, and then KBA went to Michigan, so we picked up Michigan for her, and then Tony went to Seton Hall, so we picked up Seton Hall for him and yes it is IMMENSELY awkward twice a year especially because I really don't like the St. John's coach, and then we got patched into Tony's network so we picked up LIU and Fordham, and then we dropped LIU and picked up St. Francis, and then we picked up Fairleigh Dickinson, and somewhere along the line I had to pick up Florida State because Joy McCorvey is my all-time favorite Johnnie, and that's not even getting into Megan Duffy because I refuse to pick up another Big East team because this is already ridiculous, even though I hang out with Marquette fans because I can actually scream about the St. John's offense without feeling like I'm screaming into the void, and yes, I do need spreadsheets because *none* of this is getting into the driving urge to see/support all the local teams and/or the interesting/exotic opponents they bring in

and aren't you sorry you asked now

I mean, they're social network providers...

in any case, to try and rerail this thread: so proud of this team! Naz is so much fun to watch and I'm glad she's getting a broader, brighter spotlight now.
