#8 Omaha defeats number one South Dakota State 52 -40. Omaha was without Conference player of the year Myah Selland Who has sustained an injury.

I think you mean SDSU is missing Selland, and from what I read, she is out for the season.

SDSU was without Selland. But Omaha finally got the use of Mariah Murdy. She was out for a good part of the season, and had limited playing time in other games, due to Covid. She was preseason all-conference for a reason, and she was instrumental today.

South Dakota beat Oral Roberts by 23, and is moving on to the semi finals on Monday.

#8 Omaha will be in the Summit League championship against the #2 South Dakota. Tuesday at 1 PM central, streamed on ESPN3. Omaha had some really good players who were affected by Covid earlier in the year, so that affected their season, but they are coming on strong when it counts.
