I remember telling you all dear fans that I would be making some important moves once I was done licking the envelopes to Time Warner.

Re-signing DeTrina White, aka the D-Train, was important to keep the team's balance. Whenever she'd get off the bench, there was a serious weight difference that couldn't be replaced by benching Ann Wauters. That's the only reason why we keep her in the end of our bench. As you noticed, she's a core piece of our championship dreams.
Since I ran out of options in our pursue to get Yolanda Griffith to come to New York, I had to re-sign La'Keshia Frett. I know I didn't treat Michele Van Gorp by the same standards, but hey, at least Yo doesn't dress like Fabio, the male model.

Keep on waiting, Lib fans, there's much more to come from the...

I would certainly prefer to have "Fabio" on my bench that the "Ballerina". At least you can count on Fabio to a) keep the weight balance on the bench and b) get at least 2 more rebounds that the Ballerina on a good day!

You slay me FFO!! LOL!!

Between FFO's comments about the "old dykes" wanting "same age eye candy" and Smoovie's artwork, this is the funniest thread I have seen in a long time!

So FFO, how did the tryouts go? They should get that Rappin' Granny from the Howard Stern show. She's a mess

By request, here's our recap:

3 broken fibulas, 7 lower back strains, 2 ankle fractures and 1 smashed big toe (some grannies were out of shape).

As you all know, our world class medical staff is taking care of the injured grannies and we assure you they will be ready to go after the Olympics break. I mean, for the home stretch. I mean, for the playoffs.
Ok, just let them audition for the Comets already...

Respecfully submitted.

Ah, FFO's medical staff. The only staff in the league with an anti-Tari policy. Apparently, according to the Liberty, Tari can only play when injured...when she is fully recovered (and even cleared to play by her own doctors), she cannot step onto the court. So basically, she can be wrapped like a mummy on one leg snaring rebounds...but the second she gets healthy, she is benched permanently...for Donaphin.

From what I hear Blaze had an upset stomach and called the Libs medical staff from her cell phone. She told them to get some Pepto Bismol, but whatever you do, NO PHILLIPS Milk of Magnesia, the taste made her sick.

All the med staff heard was Phillips....makes me sick because of the line interference.

Any updates on the Liberty's "senior" dance squad? Herrade, Dex, anyone?

Update: They're still old.
Further updates: The AARP is suing Cablevision.

If Blaze wanted a senior squad, why not just let Kym, Sue and Spoon entertain the crowd? It might be the only way she could get the latter two to work for the organization although Kym's making appearances at jar openings these days on behalf of the Libs.
