Yes, but the competition for ROY next year is likely going to be a lot tougher.

Assuming she doesn't make an appearance in these last few games she'll be eligible. You may recall Tamika Catchings sitting out her draft season in 2001 then winning ROY in 2002.

She got paid. The roster rules were different then.
