Howard is a good player, but what does she do that makes Kentucky better? She puts up great stats on a mediocre at best team. To me, that doesn't make a POY.

She consistently put up great stats against top teams in the nation. Most defenses couldn’t stop her and part of the year she had a broken finger. Is POY a team award?
