Although these teams haven’t officially played for almost 15 years, U-M and CMU have met for preseason scrimmages quite often. I imagine they’ve been quite close.

Michigan’s size has been difficult for Central (rebounds 32-17 early in the 4th). The Wolverines have been shooting on fire, too, at 63%.

Michaela Kelley is lighting it up for CMU as usual, leading the Chippewas with 25 points. Naz Hillmon has 26 points and 13 rebounds for the Wolverines.

Midway through the 4Q, U-M by 20, 84-64.

Leigha Brown has been quite the addition for the Wolverines. The Nebraska transfer and reigning B1G 6th POY has 19 points and 5 assists.

Kelly 30, Davis 24 for CMU

Hillmon 26, L. Brown 22, Dilk 15, Johnson 11 and H. Brown 10 for U-M
