It’s anybody’s best guess , but here are the options as I see them:

Draft held, season played as normal.
Draft held, season delayed.
Draft held, season cancelled. Early declarers do not retain NCAA eligibility.
Season cancelled, draft held, early declarers retain NCAA eligibility.
Season cancelled, draft cancelled, combined draft in 2021.
