John McCain's mother.

I like her style!! 🤣 (Not to be crass, but I hope that she was able to vote.)

Quote:
“Last Christmas, she wanted to drive around France. So she flew to Paris and tried to rent a car,” the senator once joked. “They said she was too old, so she bought one and drove around France.”

TV actress Conchata Ferrell, at age 77. She was best known for her role as the housekeeper in Two And A Half Men.

I remember her role as a hooker in the TV sitcom adaption of the play Hot L Baltimore (she was also in the original Broadway play), as well as her recurring role as an entertainment attorney in L.A. Law.

She talked to AV Club in 2014 about her role as Berta, which had originally been written as an Eastern European woman. Ferrell said she changed the character’s nationality to “trailer park”

I always thought she was one of The Highlights of that show! Cool

I first saw Conchata in Hot L Baltimore and have enjoyed her work ever since. Prayers to her family.

Also on the same day as Spencer Davis' passing, comes Tony Lewis of the 80's group The Outfield. Their most well-known song was "Your Love" from 1986.
