....a team like Charleston Lady Buccaneers carry a roster with 22 kids on it?? Shocked

The actual roster has only 14

Well, then....what about the other 8 kids ESPN lists on their roster? Who are they? Shocked

Possibly walk on’s. You can carry as many as you want, only scholarships are limited.

Actually, it looks like the ESPN roster didn't remove seniors from last year. If you look at the numbers, some of them are the same, as some 2019-2020 freshmen took the numbers that 2018-2019 seniors had. You can confirm this by going to pilight's link to their website & then looking at the names of seniors from the season before this one. Mystery solved Razz

Or if they did have more players, they could be walk-ons/practice players. Arkansas-Pine Bluff has 17. They had 18 until one of them was shot to death playing basketball with her brother in a public park.
