What other team has prevented the opposite teams fans from buying tickets. |
When the finals have been in Atlanta, Dream fans barely outnumbered the visitors

How do they even know what team you're a fan of when you buy a ticket?

Sun just can't catch-up. Mystics shoot like this the entire series and they'll sweep.

They're doing the best they can for 4,200.

If the refs can't make up their minds, it should be a foul on neither -- just a play stoppage with a jump ball. |

Stricklen can't guard anything. And with Washington's numerous offensive weapons, that'll be CT's main issue this series. Probably going to see a lot of Morgan Tuck at SF this series.

Lol, now they want to call a foul on EDD when the Mystics are up by 13.......I'm done with this league. The officiating and commentating(espn) suck.
EDD gets called for her first foul with 2:32 left in the game.

I can't believe they would choose Flores as a ref in the finals anyway.

And where did this 3 shooting version of Courtney Williams come from?

I'm still calling a sweep for the Mystics. I thought them getting past the Aces would be the bigger test. Sun have a lot to be proud of for making it this far though.

True, sucks they have such a small arena.
Congratulations Mystics! Well played.

Who cares the size of the arena - as long as the team stays in market, grow the fan base and make the league profitable - as well as its teams. Cavernous arenas are not the answer, especially in the playoffs.

Since the finals expanded to five games, only one team has lost Game One on the road then come back to win the series.

Have you been into a large arena at playoffs? Playoff time is when you want the most seats, I remember how much we we rock at the Key all the time especially at playoff time. Winning in front of 17,000 screaming fans is the best. Also you can’t grow your market if you don’t have the seats.

The Fever in 2012? In other words, Thibault would have to choke to the level of Reeve in that series in order to lose this one. It’s Thibault, so I suppose it could happen. I’d like to see Thibault throw his jacket.
